Busy, Busy, Busy

So many things going on and not enough time to do them all!

First off MMGN is going well. Hits are slowly climbing and the number of
staff across the network is increasing which is always a good thing. Finally means there are people to rely on other than myself to pick up news for the entire Network. My personal thanks to RogueDOC who covers around 4 sites on the network. I’ve also got a new Ad System in place, so I’m working on getting advertisers on the network for pretty much next to nothing! (Well £100 for 2 months across the entire network at MMGN is basically nothing). I’ve also got the drop down menus back, though not complete just yet. I just need to fix a couple of bugs so they work correctly in Opera, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

New sites are also in the works including closing some of the older more inactive sites down. Quake is now new on the scene, using an old design which will be updated with a fresh colour in the next month or so.

Second, True Clarity. A company I’m currently shadowing at to learn Web Design stuff and how the industry actually works instead of thinking about my own ideas on how it works. It’s going well so far learnt loads of things and also helped test some bits and pieces, tomorow I’m apparently updating web sites or something. Hopefully nothing I can break.

Third is Uni. So far so good! Loving every minute of it so far, wish I could pick up programming languages a little better, I hate Java! Loads of decent people around, which forced me to get a Facebook account and set up a Web Design course group. Everything is going well so far, marks are good and currently I haven’t failed anything yet. I just wish I had a better group in a couple of lessons.

UnrealFans has currently taken a back seat while I learn PHP/MySQL to build a unique site for it. It’s been running on RaptoR’s stuff for long enough and needs a fresh look for Unreal Tournament 3 when it comes along. It should be the ‘dogs’ when completed.

Other than that I’m looking forward to some Holiday is March to go home before the PS3 Launch.
